What does my order status mean?

• Pending payment — we're waiting for the payment to complete. Your tickets aren't issued yet.
• Confirmed — payment succeeded and your tickets are issued.
• Cancelled — the order was cancelled and no tickets are valid.
• Expired — the order wasn't completed in time and the tickets were released.
• Refunded — the order was refunded and its tickets are no longer valid.

If your order says confirmed but you can't find the tickets, ask us and we'll check.
