The Platform is a ticketing intermediary and technology provider.

The Platform may assist with refund processing, but unless expressly stated otherwise:

  1. The Organizer determines whether refunds, credits or exchanges are available;

If funds have already been paid to the Organizer, the Platform may not be able to issue refunds until the Organizer returns sufficient funds to the Platform.

The Platform is not liable for the Organizer's failure, refusal or delay in funding refunds, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A refund may be available only if one or more of the following applies:

  1. Applicable law requires a refund;
  2. The Organizer cancels the Event and authorizes a refund;
  3. The Organizer authorizes refunds for a postponed, rescheduled or moved Event;

  7. A separate written agreement signed by the Platform provides refund rights;
  8. A payment error or duplicate charge is confirmed by the Platform.

No refund is guaranteed unless expressly required by law or confirmed in writing by the Platform.

Unless required by law or expressly approved by the Organizer, refunds are not available for:

  1. Change of mind;

  32. Failure of email delivery caused by incorrect email or spam filters;
  33. Refusal by the Organizer or Venue due to safety or security reasons.

8. CANCELLED EVENTS

If an Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the Organizer will determine the applicable remedy, subject to applicable law.

A remedy may include:

  1. Refund;
  2. Credit;
  3. Voucher;
  4. Exchange;
  5. Replacement Event;
  6. No remedy, where permitted by law and Event terms.

Where a refund is approved for a cancelled Event:

  1. The Platform will process the refund only after receiving authorization and sufficient funds from the Organizer, unless law requires otherwise;
  2. Refunds will normally be issued to the Original Payment Method;
  3. Non-refundable Fees may be retained to the maximum extent permitted by law;
  4. Extras may be refunded only if approved or required by law;
  5. Refund timing may depend on payment providers, banks and Organizer funding.

If the Organizer provides the option to choose between refund and credit, the Buyer must follow the announced procedure and deadline.

9. POSTPONED, RESCHEDULED OR MOVED EVENTS

If an Event is postponed, rescheduled or moved to another venue, the Ticket will usually remain valid for the new date, time or venue.

No refund is automatically due because an Event is postponed, rescheduled or moved.

Refunds, credits or exchanges may be available only if:

  1. The Organizer authorizes them;
  2. The Platform announces them;
  3. Applicable law requires them;
  4. The Buyer submits a valid request within the announced deadline;
  5. The Organizer provides sufficient funds where required.

If the Buyer does not submit a request within the required deadline, the Buyer may lose refund eligibility.

If the Buyer keeps the Ticket or uses the Ticket for the rescheduled or moved Event, no refund will be available.

10. SIGNIFICANT EVENT CHANGES

An Event may change for operational, production, legal, safety, commercial, artistic or logistical reasons.

A significant change may include a material change to:

  1. Event date;
  2. Event time;
  3. Venue;
  4. Headline performer;
  5. Main program;
  6. Ticket category;
  7. Seating area;
  8. Access rights.

Whether a change is significant will be determined by the Organizer, Platform or applicable law.

A significant change does not automatically create refund eligibility unless required by law or approved by the Organizer.

11. LINE-UP, ARTIST, SPEAKER OR PROGRAM CHANGES

For concerts, festivals, conferences, multi-performer Events and similar Events, line-ups, artists, speakers, guests, DJs, support acts, opening acts, undercards, cast members, participants, teams, schedules and programs may change without notice.

Unless required by law or approved by the Organizer, seating, layout or venue configuration changes do not entitle the Buyer to a refund.

13. WEATHER, FORCE MAJEURE AND SAFETY-RELATED CHANGES

Outdoor and live Events may be affected by weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Refunds are not available solely because of:

  1. Rain;
  2. Heat;

If an Event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed due to weather, safety or force majeure, the Organizer will determine the applicable remedy, subject to applicable law.

14. REFUSAL OF ENTRY OR REMOVAL FROM EVENT

No refund will be provided if an Attendee is refused entry or removed because the Attendee:

  1. Fails to present a valid Ticket;
  2. Presents a void, duplicated or suspicious Ticket;

  16. Fails to follow staff instructions.

The Organizer and Venue control admission decisions. The Platform is not liable for refusal of entry or removal.

15. LATE ARRIVAL OR DELAYED ENTRY

No refund is available for late arrival.

Admission of latecomers is controlled by the Organizer or Venue and may be allowed only at a suitable break or refused entirely.

No refund, credit or compensation is available for:

  1. Queue delays;
  2. Security screening delays;
  3. Traffic delays;
  4. Parking delays;

The Platform may attempt to assist with reissue or cancellation in its discretion, but reissue is not guaranteed and may require Organizer or Venue approval.

18. TICKET TRANSFERS AND REFUND RIGHTS

Unless stated otherwise, refunds are available only to the original Buyer and only to the Original Payment Method.

If a Ticket has been transferred:

  1. The transferee may not be entitled to request or receive a refund;
  2. The original Buyer may need to request the refund;
  3. The Ticket may need to be transferred back to the original Buyer;
  4. Refunds may not be available if the Ticket has already been used;
  5. Refund rights may be affected by Event-specific rules.

The Platform is not responsible for private arrangements between original Buyers and transferees.

19. RESALE TICKETS AND UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES

The Platform is not responsible for refunds for Tickets purchased outside the Platform.

No refund is available from the Platform for Tickets purchased from:

  1. Unauthorized resellers;
  2. Brokers;
  3. Scalpers;
  4. Social media sellers;
  5. Private sellers;
  6. Other marketplaces;
  7. Fake websites;
  8. Unofficial agents;
  9. Third-party groups or chats.

Tickets purchased outside official channels may be counterfeit, duplicated, cancelled, invalid, stolen or void.

If resale is permitted through an official Platform resale tool, additional resale refund rules may apply.

20. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES AND CHARGES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the following are non-refundable:

  1. Service fees;
  2. Booking fees;

  17. Fan club memberships;
  18. VIP package components already delivered;
  19. Hotel or travel package charges;
  20. Customized products;
  21. Any other amount marked non-refundable at checkout.

This applies even where the Ticket face value is refunded, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. REFUND AMOUNT

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount may be limited to the amount approved by the Organizer or required by law.

The refund may exclude:

  8. Delivered Extras;
  9. Used or partially used services;
  10. Discounts, vouchers or credits applied to the original purchase.

If a promotional code or credit was used, the refunded amount may reflect only the actual amount paid.

22. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the Original Payment Method.

The Platform is not required to refund to a different card, bank account, wallet, person or payment method.

The Platform may refuse alternative refund methods for fraud prevention, compliance, payment processor restrictions or operational reasons.

If the Original Payment Method is unavailable, expired or closed, the Buyer may need to contact the bank or payment provider. The Platform may require additional verification before considering an alternative method.

23. REFUND TIMING

Refund timing may vary.

Refund processing may depend on:

  1. Organizer authorization;

  7. Fraud review;

24. REFUNDS AFTER ORGANIZER PAYOUT

If Ticket funds have already been paid to the Organizer, the Platform may be unable to issue refunds until the Organizer returns sufficient funds.

The Buyer acknowledges that:

  1. The Organizer is responsible for funding approved refunds;
  2. The Platform may not hold all Ticket proceeds after payout;
  3. Refunds may be delayed if the Organizer delays payment;
  4. Refunds may be unavailable if the Organizer refuses or fails to fund them, except where law requires otherwise;
  5. The Buyer may need to pursue claims directly against the Organizer where permitted by law.

The Platform may, in its discretion, withhold future Organizer payouts, set off amounts, establish reserves or take action against the Organizer.

25. CREDITS, VOUCHERS AND EXCHANGES

The Organizer or Platform may offer credits, vouchers or exchanges instead of, or in addition to, refunds.

Credits, vouchers and exchanges may be subject to:

  4. Non-transferability;
  5. No cash redemption;

If a Buyer chooses a credit or voucher instead of a refund, that selection may be final and irreversible.

26. NON-TICKET PRODUCTS, ADD-ONS AND EXTRAS

Extras may have different refund rules from Tickets.

Refunds may not be available for:

  1. Merchandise;
  2. Digital downloads;
  3. Customized products;

If Extras are provided by the Organizer or a third party, refund decisions may be controlled by that Organizer or third party.

The Platform is not liable for the delivery, quality or refund of Extras unless expressly stated.

27. TICKET INSURANCE AND THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

If the Buyer purchases ticket insurance, travel insurance, payment protection or other third-party products, those products are governed by the third party's own terms.

Insurance refunds, claims and coverage decisions are handled by the insurance provider, not the Platform.

The Platform does not guarantee that insurance will cover any particular refund request.

The Buyer must contact the insurance provider directly for insurance claims.

28. PAYMENT PLANS AND INSTALMENTS

Where payment plans, deposits, partial payments or instalments are offered, additional refund rules may apply.

Unless stated otherwise:

  1. Instalment fees are non-refundable;
  2. Failed instalments may result in cancellation;
  3. Tickets may not be issued until full payment is received;
  4. Amounts already paid may be non-refundable where permitted by law;

The Platform may require identity verification before issuing a refund.

30. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Buyers agree not to use chargebacks or payment disputes to bypass this Refund Policy.

If a Buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

  1. Related Tickets may be cancelled immediately;
  2. The Buyer's Account may be suspended;
  3. Future purchases may be blocked;
  4. Pending refunds may be delayed;
  5. The Platform may provide evidence to payment providers;
  6. The Buyer may be liable for fees, costs and losses where permitted by law.

Evidence provided to payment providers may include:

  1. Order confirmation;
  2. Payment authorization;
  3. Ticket delivery records;
  4. Login records;
  5. IP address;
  6. Device information;
  7. Email delivery records;
  8. Transfer records;
  9. Scan records;
  10. Attendance records;
  11. Support communications;
  12. Refund policy acceptance records.

If the Buyer attended or used the Ticket, the Platform may treat an improper chargeback as suspected fraud.

31. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, the Buyer must follow the process announced by the Platform or Organizer.

A refund request may need to be submitted through:

  1. User Account;
  2. Order page;

  4. Support email;
  5. Event-specific refund link;
  6. Organizer instructions;
  7. Payment provider process, where applicable.

Refund requests sent to the wrong channel may not be processed.

Refund requests must be submitted within the deadline announced for the Event.

Deadlines may be set by:

  1. Organizer;
  2. Platform;
  3. Venue;
  4. Payment provider;
  5. Applicable law.

If the Buyer misses the deadline, the refund request may be denied.

For postponed, rescheduled or moved Events, failure to request a refund within the announced window may mean the Buyer keeps the Ticket for the new date, time or venue.

33. REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR REFUND REQUESTS

A refund request may require:

  1. Order number;
  2. Buyer name;
  3. Buyer email address;
  4. Phone number;
  5. Event name;
  6. Ticket category;
  7. Number of Tickets;
  8. Reason for request;

  10. Identity verification;
  11. Payment verification;
  12. Supporting documents;
  13. Confirmation that the Ticket has not been used;
  14. Return of physical Tickets, wristbands or credentials where applicable.

The Platform may reject incomplete, false, duplicate, late or unsupported requests.

34. REVIEW AND DECISION PROCESS

Refund requests may be reviewed by the Platform, Organizer, payment provider or other relevant party.

The review may consider:

  1. Event status;
  2. Organizer policy;
  3. Applicable law;

  12. Availability of Organizer funds.

The Platform may approve, deny, partially approve or request more information.

Refund decisions are final unless applicable law provides otherwise.

35. DENIED REFUND REQUESTS

A refund request may be denied where:

  1. The Event is proceeding;
  2. The Ticket remains valid;
  3. The request is late;
  4. The Organizer has not authorized refunds;
  5. The Organizer has not funded refunds;
  6. The Ticket was used;
  7. The Ticket was transferred and not returned;
  8. The Ticket was purchased from an unauthorized source;
  9. The reason is a Buyer mistake;
  10. Fraud or abuse is suspected;
  11. The request lacks required information;
  12. The request relates to non-refundable Fees or Extras;
  13. The request is prohibited by Event terms;
  14. The request is not required by law.

If a request is denied, the Ticket may remain valid for the Event or rescheduled Event, if applicable.

36. INCORRECT OR EXCESSIVE REFUNDS

If the Platform issues a refund by mistake, duplicates a refund, refunds an excessive amount or processes a refund in error, the Platform may:

  1. Recharge the Original Payment Method;
  2. Deduct the amount from future refunds;
  3. Request repayment;
  4. Set off the amount against amounts owed;
  5. Suspend the Account;
  6. Take collection action where permitted by law.

The Buyer must promptly notify the Platform if the Buyer receives an incorrect or excessive refund.

37. ORGANIZER-SPECIFIC REFUND POLICIES

Some Events may have specific refund policies displayed on the Event Page, checkout page, Ticket, Order Confirmation or Organizer communications.

Organizer-specific refund policies may be more restrictive or more generous than this Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.

If an Organizer-specific policy conflicts with this Refund Policy, the Organizer-specific policy will apply only to the extent it is lawful and specifically applicable to the Event.

The Platform may rely on Organizer instructions when processing refunds.

38. LEGAL RIGHTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, guarantee, warranty, remedy or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, the Platform or Organizer will comply with the applicable legal requirement.

Where the law permits limitations, this Refund Policy applies to the maximum extent permitted.

39. NO LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL ARRANGEMENTS

The Platform is not responsible for personal arrangements or expenses connected with an Event.

No refund, reimbursement or compensation will be provided by the Platform for:

  1. Flights;
  2. Hotels;
  3. Accommodation;
  4. Visas;
  5. Transport;
  6. Parking;
